Terms of Sale

Scope

These Terms of Sale govern every order placed with Monis Outlet, operated by Monis LLC. Placing an order means you accept them in full. They apply alongside our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.

Products

We take care to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. Minor differences in color or appearance may occur depending on your screen. Product availability isn't guaranteed, and we may withdraw or change an item at any time.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We may adjust prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you confirm it. Shipping costs, where they apply, are added before final confirmation.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once you've completed checkout and received our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, where stock is unavailable, a pricing error has occurred, or payment can't be verified. If we cancel after payment, you'll be refunded in full.

Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering through the secure methods offered at checkout. Your order is processed once payment is authorized. All payment data is handled through encrypted, secure channels.

Delivery

We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order to withdraw without giving a reason. To exercise it, contact us at support@monis-outlet.com. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds for withdrawn orders follow our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty

Our products come with the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects provided under applicable law. If an item is faulty or doesn't match its description, contact us and we'll make it right.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
