Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us at Monis Outlet. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to put it right. Below is everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Your Right to Return
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return. To qualify, the item needs to come back to us in the condition you received it — unused, undamaged, with any tags still attached and in its original packaging. Keep your receipt or order confirmation handy, as we'll need proof of purchase.
In line with consumer protection rules, you also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery during which you may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.
Requesting a Return
Start by emailing us at support@monis-outlet.com with your order number and a short note explaining why you'd like to return the item. Once we've approved your request, we'll reply with the return address and step-by-step shipping instructions.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back — packages returned without prior approval can't be accepted. And never ship items straight to the manufacturer.
Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Items
Check your parcel as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken, defective, or simply not what you ordered, get in touch with us right away. We'll look into it and sort it out for you at no extra charge.
Items We Can't Take Back
A few categories are excluded from returns:
- Perishable goods
- Made-to-order or personalized items
- Hygiene and personal-care products (for health reasons)
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest route to swapping an item is to return the original (once approved) and place a fresh order for the replacement.
How Refunds Work
After your return reaches us and passes inspection, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method automatically, usually within 7 to 10 business days.
Bear in mind your bank or card issuer may need a little longer to display the funds. If 15 business days have gone by since approval and you still see nothing, drop us a line at support@monis-outlet.com.
Who Pays for Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage is covered by the customer. Original shipping fees aren't refundable.
Cancelling an Order
Changed your mind? You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Past that point, the standard return process kicks in once you've received the item.
