We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely at Monis Outlet. Here's how processing, delivery, and shipping costs work.

Processing Your Order

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded) after your confirmation comes through. You'll get a second notification the moment your order ships. During busy spells or promotions, preparation can take a little longer — if a real delay comes up, we'll email you.

Delivery Times and Costs

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 7 to 15 business days, depending on where you are. Shipping costs and the options available appear at checkout before you confirm. During select promotions we may offer free shipping, which will be clearly flagged on the site. These timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees, and actual transit can vary for reasons outside our control.

Tracking

When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Tracking can take a few days to go live after the label is created.

Delays

We aren't responsible for carrier delays, but we'll do everything we can to help you resolve them. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at support@monis-outlet.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, quoting your order number, and we'll find a solution with you.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Any customs duties, taxes, or fees on your order are the customer's responsibility and are set by your country's customs authorities — they fall outside our control.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We can't be held responsible for parcels that go undelivered or missing because of an incorrect address. Spot a mistake? Tell us as soon as possible so we can try to fix it before dispatch.

Undeliverable Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange a reshipment or a refund (less the original shipping cost where applicable).
